Milk Pudding Flan:

Ingredients:

– 4 cups (1 liter) of milk
– 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
– 1 cup (200g) of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (optional, for added thickness)
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Combine the Ingredients:

In a blender, mix the milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and well integrated.

2. Heat the Mixture (optional, if using cornstarch):

Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken, which should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. Prepare the Baking Dish:

Gently grease a rectangular or square baking dish.

4. Choose Cooking Method:

For the Steaming Method: Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Cover it tightly with aluminum foil. Place the dish in a large pot filled with boiling water, ensuring that the water level is appropriate.
