Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
– 2 chicken breasts, diced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
– ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– ¼ cup sour cream
– ¼ cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
1. Cook the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced chicken along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is golden and fully cooked, approximately 6-8 minutes.
2. Prepare the garlic sauce: In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parsley. Set this mixture aside.
3. Assemble the wraps: Place the tortillas flat on a surface. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and drizzle with the garlic sauce.
4. Wrap and toast: Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly. Toast the wraps in a clean skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are crispy and the cheese has melted.
5. Serve: Cut the wraps in half and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky flavors!
