Ground Beef and Gravy over Mashed Potatoes is a delicious and comforting classic!
Ingredients:
4-5 russet potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk (or more for desired consistency)
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Ground Beef and Gravy:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:
1. Make the Mashed Potatoes:
