10-Minute Skillet Quick Bread Recipe
Ingredients for Bread:
– Four cups (480g) of flour
– One cup (220g) of yogurt
– One cup (200 ml) of water
– One packet (10 grams) of baking powder
– One teaspoon (8g) of salt
– One tablespoon (10ml) of vegetable oil
For the Topping:
– 50ml of olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add the yogurt, water, and vegetable oil to the dry mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, incorporate a little more flour to make it easier to handle.
3. Shape the Dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead briefly. Divide the dough into smaller portions and flatten each piece into a circle approximately ½ inch thick.
