Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or ground sausage
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1/2 cup diced green onions
1/2 cup diced jalapeños (optional, for added heat)
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Set the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the Meat:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or sausage until thoroughly cooked. Drain any excess fat.

3. Prepare the Dip:
