– For the Potato Layer:
– 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
– 3 tablespoons butter
– ½ cup milk (additional may be required for mashing)
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

1. Preheat the Oven:

2. Prepare the Meatloaf Layer:
