3 pounds of boneless beef chuck roast
1 packet of Italian salad dressing mix
1 jar (16 ounces) of pepperoncini peppers, undrained
1 can (10.5 ounces) of beef broth
Instructions
Begin by placing the beef chuck roast into the slow cooker.
Evenly distribute the Italian dressing mix over the beef.
Next, pour the entire jar of pepperoncini peppers, along with the juice, over the meat.
Then, add the beef broth to the slow cooker.
Cover the cooker and set it to low heat, allowing it to cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the beef becomes tender and easily shreddable.
After cooking, use two forks to shred the beef and thoroughly combine it with the flavorful juices.
Serve the shredded beef on rolls, accompanied by your preferred toppings.
