Hot Chocolate Brownie Bread Recipe
This delightful creation combines two of my favorite treats into one delectable bar! While it may not be traditional bread, it falls under the category of quick bread, akin to banana bread. Brownies are universally adored, making it reasonable to believe that everyone will enjoy Hot Fudge Brownie Bread.
Ingredients:
– 1 box of brownie mix
– 2 jars (12 ounces each) of hot fudge sauce
– 3 large eggs
– ⅓ cup of canola oil
– Additional hot fudge sauce for topping
Instructions for Preparing Hot Chocolate Brownie Bread:
Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F and greasing a loaf pan with Pam baking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, one jar of hot fudge sauce, the three eggs, and the canola oil, stirring until the mixture is thoroughly blended.
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, allow the bread to cool completely on a rack.
Warm the second jar of hot fudge sauce and drizzle it over the cooled bread.
Let the hot fudge set before serving.
