Bacon Ranch Cheese Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

Salt, pepper, and parsley (for seasoning)

6-8 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)

2 tbsp reserved bacon grease

Ranch dressing (to drizzle)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Bacon: Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon grease and discard the rest.

2. Season & Sear Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and parsley. Sear in the reserved bacon grease over medium heat for about 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.

3. Assemble in Baking Pan: Place the seared chicken in a baking dish. Drizzle ranch dressing over each chicken breast.

4. Add Toppings: Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Add crumbled bacon underneath and on top of the cheese for extra flavor.

5. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
