Savory Cheesy Taco Pinwheels😍😋
Ingredients:📋
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup water
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Instructions:🥣
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a flat surface. Press the seams together to form a single sheet of dough.
Spread the taco beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and optional toppings over the beef mixture.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from one of the long sides. Slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
