Ingredients:
Crust:
– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
– ⅓ cup melted butter
– 2 tablespoons sugar

Filling:
– 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
– 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

Topping (Optional):
– Whipped cream for decoration
– Fruit or pie filling for serving

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:
– In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
– Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch pan. Use the back of a spoon to pack it down evenly.
– Chill the crust in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Filling:
– In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
– Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
– In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Cake:
– Pour the cream cheese filling over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly.
– Smooth the top with a spatula and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow it to set.

4. Optional Decoration:
– Once set, decorate the top with whipped cream or your choice of fruit topping before serving.
