– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Make the Cheese Sauce:
– In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
– Add the flour and whisk to form a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
– Gradually add milk and cream, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
– Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and melted.
