Hot Fudge Pie:
Ingredients:
– 1 stick butter, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, blending well.
6. Pour the batter into a prepared pie crust.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is set and cracks slightly.
8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
