delicious croissant with chicken salad… It’s hard to wait for dinner when you know what’s in your lunchbox!

Ingredients List:

3 to 4 cups of cooked chicken, cut into pieces.
1 cup of seedless red grapes, halved.
1/2 cup of sliced almonds.
2 stalks of celery, diced.
3 green onions, chopped.
2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped.
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped.
1 teaspoon of garlic flower.
1 cup of mayonnaise.
The juice of 1 lemon.
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation:

Mix the chicken with the grapes, almonds, celery, green onions, dill, and parsley.
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and mix gently.
Refrigerate for one hour.
You can serve this on delicious rolls or a croissant. You can also serve it on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes… It’s delicious in many different ways!
