Philly Cheese Steak Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 bell peppers (any color), diced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup beef broth
2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add cream cheese and beef broth, stirring until melted and combined.
5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
