Air Fried Filet Mignon and Shrimp on top of Pasta with Homemade White Cream Sauce

– 2 filet mignon steaks
– 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, spaghetti, or your choice)
– For the White Cream Sauce:
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Season the filet mignon and shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the filet mignon in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Add the shrimp during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
4. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Stir in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and reduce heat. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
6. Slice the filet mignon into thin strips. Toss pasta with the white cream sauce, top with filet mignon slices and shrimp.
