CHICKEN BACON RANCH GNOCCHI
CHICKEN BACON RANCH GNOCCHI:
2 lbs gnocchi, cooked according to package
6 slices of bacon, chopped & cooked
2 cups heavy cream
4 chicken thighs, cut in 1 in pieces, cooked
2 cups aged white cheddar, shredded
1/2 cup mild cheddar, shredded
6 slices provolone cheese
1 ranch seasoning packet
4 oz cream cheese
parsley, to garnish
Preheat oven to 375.
Over medium heat add whipping cream to a pan. Add cream cheese & cook until incorporated. Add in ranch seasoning. Add in aged white cheddar cheese and remove from heat, stirring until cheese is melted fully. Stir in chicken & gnocchi.
Add mixture to a 9×13 in baking dish. Top with provolone slices and shredded cheddar. Add bacon pieces. Bake for around 25-30 minutes, until bubbling. Put under broiler for around 2-3 minutes, watching closely so that it doesn’t burn. Garnish with parsley!
