**Ingredients:**
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
– 1 egg, beaten
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– For the gravy:
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 small onion, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 2 tablespoons butter

**Directions:**
1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form into 4 oval patties.

3. In the same skillet, add butter and onions, cooking until softened. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
4. Sprinkle flour over the mushroom and onion mixture, stirring to combine. Gradually whisk in beef broth, and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened and the patties are cooked through.
