Classic Chicken Club Sandwich

Classic Chicken Club Sandwich:

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 8 slices of bacon
– 8 slices of whole wheat bread
– 1 large tomato, sliced
– 1 avocado, sliced
– Lettuce leaves
– Mayonnaise
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-fry until fully cooked.
2. In a separate pan, cook bacon until crispy.
3. Toast the bread slices.
4. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled chicken breast on one slice of bread.
6. Top with bacon, tomato slices, avocado slices, and lettuce.
7. Place another slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
8. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
9. Serve and enjoy your delicious Chicken Club Sandwich!
