Ingredients:
– Sliced bologna

Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or oil.
2. Crack an egg into the skillet and cook to your preferred doneness (fried or scrambled).
3. While the egg is cooking, toast the bread slices.
4. Once the egg is cooked, remove it from the skillet.
5. In the same skillet, add the bologna slices and cook until they’re heated through and slightly browned (about 1-2 minutes per side).
6. Assemble the sandwich: Place the cooked bologna on one slice of bread, add the egg, then top it with a slice of cheese and the second slice of bread.
